Pineville Communications & Electric Customers: We are happy to announce that our payment dropbox is now installed at the back of our 505 Main Street location. The payment drop box has been installed near the library book return.

Please make sure you’re placing your payment in the utility drop box and NOT the library book return. Please do not drop cash into the payment drop box. We will accept checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, or your credit card information to process your payment. Please make sure that your account number is written on the front of the payment being presented.

Business office staff will check the drop box in the morning and late afternoon each business day. If you have any questions, please call 704-889-2001 (PCS) or 704-889-2292 (PEC).
