April Field Trip

Homeland Creamy

Is in Julian, NC. It is a family owned (Bowman’s Family) and operated dairy farm and retail shops selling milk, cheese, and ice cream. They are sixth and seventh generation farmers that have raised and milked dairy cows for three quarters of a century. They partner with other local farms to provide their customers with the same excellent quality of local milk.

Date: Tuesday, April 15th

Fee: $10 – does not include lunch

May Field Trip

Billy Graham Library

It is located off Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte, NC. It is not a memorial or a museum, but a ministry, prayerfully planned to communicate the life-giving message of Jesus Christ to hundreds of visitors. The Billy Graham library is mainly organized around the themes of ‘The Man”, “The Message,” The Ministry,” and “The Mission” with the message being the greatest: The Gospel of Jesus Christ, and Mr. Graham to share the journey of when he was a young farm boy that committed his life to Jesus Christ.
