Lake Park Splash Pad

About the Splash Pad

With assistance from a Parks & Recreation Trust Fund Grant, the Pineville Parks & Recreation was able to open its first Splashpad in the Summer of 2019.  This facility is a result of the 2013 Community Survey which showed tremendous interest in having a splash pad.

  • Splash Pad may be closed at any time due to weather, maintenance or other operational concerns.
  • NO Lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.
  • ALL children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision at all times.
  • Swim suits and/or appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
  • ALL non-potty-trained children must wear a swim diaper.
  • DO NOT change diapers on or near the Splash Pad. Changing stations located in restrooms.
  • NO Food, Candy, Gum, Beverages, & Glass Containers.
  • DO NOT drink the Splash Pad water.
  • NO PETS.
  • NO running or rough play.
  • NO Climbing, sitting, or playing on splash pad apparatus.
  • NO Bubbles, detergents, soaps, shampoos, or foreign substances.
  • NO skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, scooters, or wheeled toys in the Splash Pad.
  • Shower before entering! NO mud or debris in the splash pad.
  • ALL other park rules and policies apply.
  • Any person violating the rules may be required to leave the Splash Pad area.
  • In the event of an emergency, call 911.

Fees & Rentals

  • Individual Residents: FREE
  • Individual Non-Residents: FREE
  • Groups of 8 or more are REQUIRED to rent the medium shelter to use the Splash Pad.
